Over the last several years our communities have invested time and money in making the Luce Line State Trail a resource that all of our citizens can enjoy. Hutchinson has been a leader in developing trails and integrating the Luce Line State Trail in their planning processes. Even our smaller communities like Winsted have now created trail plans and have finished trail and sidewalk projects for their residents. Meanwhile, McLeod County has provided support and leadership in bringing everyone together in an attempt to accomplish regional projects. The following have provided letters or resolutions of support regarding the paving of the Luce Line State Trail from Winsted to Cedar Mills.
